There are NO refunds on tickets or VIP tables for any reason. By purchasing your ticket, you understand that ApCal Rock n’ Ranch is an outdoor venue and we have no control over weather conditions.
If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and VIP table reservation to any other concert date that has available space.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket window when gates open for the event. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, please save this with the scanner bar code as it will serve as your ticket.
If you do not receive the email or lose it, please make sure that your financial institution shows that the transaction was completed. We will then have your name in our system when you arrive for your event.
Please be certain you have purchased the correct number of tickets and that it is for the right event.
- Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ApCal Rock n’ Ranch and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter: To enter the monthly giveaway contest, participants must complete the entry form available on the home page or on social media platforms. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Contest Period: The contest begins on the date of announcement and ends on the date specified in the official rules.
- Prize: The prize for the contest is a pair of tickets to an upcoming concert. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tickets that are won in 2023 must be used within 12 months.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
- General Terms: By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of ApCal Rock n’ Ranch, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. ApCal Rock n’ Ranch reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these official rules or tampers with the entry process.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the contest, participants release ApCal Rock n’ Ranch and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow ApCal Rock n’ Ranch to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Governing Law: The contest and these official rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising out of or related to this contest will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in these official rules.
