HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO AN APCAL CONCERT?
Tickets prices vary — please see event tickets page for accurate pricing for each show.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TICKETS OR CONFIRMATION IN MY EMAIL.
If you didn’t receive your tickets or confirmation in your email, don’t worry. There are a few email providers that mark our emails as spam, or block them all together. If you have verified that the funds have been deducted from your payment account, you will be on our list and just need to give your name at the pre-paid ticket window. If you would like to verify that we have you on our list, please feel free to email tickets@apcalrocknranch.com. 

CAN I BUY MY TICKETS IN PERSON AT APCAL?
You can purchase tickets online or on the day of the event when our gates open. We recommend purchasing online as tickets will be first come, first serve and you get the best price before the day of the event.  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash as forms of payment.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY ON TICKETS?
There are NO refunds on tickets or VIP tables for any reason. By purchasing your ticket, you understand that ApCal Rock n’ Ranch is an outdoor venue and we have no control over weather conditions.

If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and VIP table reservation to any other concert date that has available space.

WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?
Gate times vary — please see the exact event start time.

IS SEATING AVAILABLE AT APCAL?
ApCal is a large grassy area. We do not provide any seating other than our VIP reserved tables. We suggest that everyone brings a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.

CAN I RESERVE A VIP TABLE AT APCAL?
YES — You can reserve a table for 8 guests online when you purchase a VIP table. Table reservation INCLUDES entry tickets. Tables are covered with a linen and will have the name of the person who purchased the table on a table sign.

CAN I BRING DRINKS INTO APCAL?
NO — Beverages of ANY kind CANNOT be brought into ApCal. This includes alcohol, soda, water, etc. per ABC rules (not ours).

Can I bring Ice into ApCal?
No ice is not allowed due to security concerns but is available for sale at the bar.

ARE THERE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
YES — ApCal and the food vendors have non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. We will also have water by the glass for free.

CAN I BRING FOOD TO APCAL?
YES — You are welcome to bring in your own food and snacks to ApCal. All food subject to search at entry.

DO YOU HAVE FOOD VENDORS?
YES — ApCal books 2–4 food vendors per event. Most vendors accept all major credit cards. Follow us on Facebook for updates on food vendors for specific events.

What is the Bag Policy?
The following clear bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Small clutch bags size 6" x 9" that are not clear will be subject to additional search. 

IS SECURITY PRESENT AT APCAL EVENTS?
YES — our Event Staff checks IDs and all ice chests, bags, etc. at the gate. Once inside, our Event Staff monitor the grounds at all times to ensure that everyone is safe while having a good time.

IS BEER SERVED AT APCAL?
YES — ApCal serves Riley’s Brewing craft beer exclusively. We offer a variety of styles of beer and hard sodas.

DOES APCAL SERVE HARD ALCOHOL?
YES — ApCal serves hard alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks as well as shots of whiskey, vodka, and tequila.

ARE WEAPONS ALLOWED?
NO - We don’t allow any outside weapons. This even includes off-duty law enforcement and CCW permit holders. No pepper spray, pocket knives, guns, brass knuckles, etc.

IS SMOKING MARIJUANA ALLOWED AT APCAL?
NO - The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the same area is expressly prohibited therefore you are not allowed to smoke marijuana or consume cannabis at ApCal (See also: BCC regulations 5602 and 5603 regarding temporary cannabis event sales and consumption — the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the premises.)

IS SMOKING TOBACCO ALLOWED AT APCAL?
YES — Smoking of tobacco products, vapes, and e-cigarettes is permitted at ApCal in the designated smoking area only.

Can I exit the Venue and come back?
No, there is no reentry once you exit the venue.

Is Tailgating allowed at the Event?
No

WHERE IS APCAL?
7409 Road 32 Madera CA 93637. ApCal is just off Highway 99 one exit North of Herndon.
We’re extremely easy to get to and to find. From Highway 99, take the Ave 7 exit. Go west and then turn right on Road 32.



LOCATION/HOURS OF OPERATION

IS APCAL OPEN DURING THE WEEK?
No, ApCal is only open during our events although you can contact us during the week.


IS PARKING FREE AT APCAL?
YES — Parking is FREE at ApCal. Our parking lot is a dirt lot, but we apply a dust control product to keep the dust down. Our parking lot is well-lit and we have constant security patrols. However, ApCal is not responsible for any damages, vandalism, or theft of your vehicles.

ARE THERE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES AT APCAL?
YES — ApCal has numerous handicap parking spaces right near the entrance. First come, first serve, as limited spots are available.

IS THERE MOTORCYCLE PARKING AVAILABLE AT APCAL?
YES — ApCal does have motorcycle parking.

IS THERE RV PARKING?
YES — RVs are welcome. We ask that they park on the west end of the parking lot. We do not offer any RV hook-ups (i.e., power, water, sewage, etc.). We ask that RVs do not drain collection tanks on our property.

ARE CANOPIES ALLOWED?
YES — Canopies and tents are allowed along the perimeter fencing only — not in the middle of the lawn seating area. Please ask our event staff about approved locations.

ARE UMBRELLAS ALLOWED?
YES — Umbrellas are allowed along the perimeter fence only, not in the middle of the lawn seating area. Please ask our event staff about approved locations.

TRASH POLICY?
We ask that all guests be respectful of the ApCal property and put their trash and recyclables in the designated containers.

ARE THERE BATHROOMS?
YES - We have high-end porta-potties at our events, including handicap-accessible units. We check these units every 30 minutes and clean, disinfect, and re-stock as needed. Please contact one of our event staff if there is an issue with one of the units.

IS THERE A DANCE FLOOR?
YES — We have a 40’x40’ cement dance floor directly in front of the stage. No food or drinks are allowed on the dance floor due to safety concerns.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
NO — Sorry, not even your super-chill Lab. Genuine service animals are the only exception.

IS APCAL WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?
YES — The concert area is flat lawn and can easily be maneuvered by wheelchairs.

 Outdoor Live Music Concert Venue in Madera

The ApCal Rock'N Ranch is located in Madera, California at 7409 Road 32, just one exit north of Herndon Ave off Hwy 99 and Ave 7. Our 3 acre facility is one of the largest outdoor concert venues in the Madera and Fresno area. Our concert grounds include a 40’ x 40’ stage, 40’x40’ dance floor, picnic-style seating for you and all your friends, plenty of free parking, a state of the art sound and lighting system, a full-service bar serving beer, wine and mixed drinks to our guests 21+ along with fully-serviced outdoor porta potties, overhead misters and nearly 50 thirty-foot tall shade trees.
